Every year the Waterloo Fire Fighters volunteer to attend charity events. Last year we donated over 550 hours to help local charities raise money and much needed awareness. Some of our favorites events include the Grand River hospital Christmas Smile visit during the Christmas holidays where we try and put a smile on the faces of the children who are unable to make it home for the holidays. We also team up with the Waterloo Knights of Columbus and collect unwrapped toys for the less fortunate during the Santa Clause parade. The Waterloo Professional Fire Fighters are proud to be given the opportunity to get involved with so many great causes and will continue to do so.
